About: Irina Avramska Pashovska is currently the Team Leader of the Technical Support Unit for the Just Energy Transition Investment Platform (JETIP) in North Macedonia, where she leads governance design and delivery to convert policy into bankable projects. She served as Governance Expert to the EBRD on ACT/JETIP capacity building, and project manager for the baseline and needs assessment for ESM with regard to the just transition process. Earlier, she also contributed to the UK DFID-supported Energy Strategy 2040 mainly in the area of RES investment readiness and SME finance. Her work sits at the intersection of governance, finance, and community impact—advancing decarbonisation while ensuring people and places are not left behind.
