About: Erika Ingvald is an Economic Affairs Officer with Sustainable Energy Division at UNECE. She is working with the implementation of UNFC (United Nations Framework Classification for Resources) and UNRMS (United Nations Resource Management System), within the Secretariat for the EGRM Bureau. Prior to her current position, Erika was with the Geological Survey of Sweden in different capacities, as a press officer, as head of division Mineral Information & Mining Industry, and as head of department Mineral Resources. She was part of the negotiating team for the EU Critical Raw Materials Act during the Swedish EU Presidency in 2023. Erika was also a vice chair of EGRM, representing Sweden, from 2018 until she joined the UN Secretariat in October 2024.
