Prior to UNECE she worked for the OSCE and in several private companies, advising authorities and market players on electricity market reforms, information technologies for utilities, etc. She holds aMA in International Management from the Kyiv National Economic University and is an alumnus of the Warsaw School of Economics (program on Functioning of Energy Markets).
