About: Nikoloz Kholodov has been working at the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia since 2019, where he currently serves as Chief Specialist in the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Policy and Sustainable Development Department. In this role, he supports the development of renewable energy legal framework aligned with the EU–Georgia Association Agreement, within competence coordinates national climate and energy policies, and contributes to the Integrated National Energy and Climate Plan.
