About: Nabil Mneimne is the Project Manager of the Lebanon Sustainable Low-Emission Transport Systems Project at UNDP Lebanon, a GEF-funded initiative advancing the country’s transition toward cleaner, more efficient mobility. With over 10 years of experience in sustainable transport and mobility systems, he has led the implementation of Lebanon’s first electric bus pilot and contributed to developing national e-mobility and green transport frameworks. His expertise spans intelligent transport systems, traffic control systems, traffic impact analysis, and urban mobility planning across Lebanon and Kuwait. Nabil also holds an MBA in Sustainable Mobility Management from the Technical University of Berlin.
