About: Kiril is one of the founders of Papazoski and Mishev law Firm, the correspondent law firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Kiril has more than 17 years of work experience in various legal projects for local and international clients as well as in the public sector. Kiril took part and led numerous legal due diligence assignments, M&A transactions, corporate governance projects, and public sector projects. Kiril is recognized by several international ranking agencies (IFLR 1000, Legal 500, Chambers) as a leading individual on the Macedonian legal market. In the recent years, Kiril led the team in a few significant renewable energy engagements.
