About: Dejan began his career as a power trader, gaining hands-on experience in electricity markets and cross-border trading. With his background in ICT and energy markets, he later took on the role of Market Development Manager, leading initiatives to enhance market design, market integration and establishment of Power Exchange in Montenegro. Currently, Dejan serves as a Chief executive officer at Montenegrin power exchange, where he oversees strategic development and regional market cooperation, establishing day-ahead market and focusing on market coupling of Montenegro with Single European Market.
