About: Borna is a Manager in PwC’s Strategy Consulting team for Southeast Europe and serves as the E-Mobility Services Lead. Over the past five years, Borna has supported private companies in shaping their go-to-market strategies through in-depth market modeling, forecasting, investment planning, and business case analysis. In addition, Borna has worked with public authorities to develop E-Mobility strategies and launch public initiatives aimed at accelerating EV adoption.
