Lead developer of LEAP and NEMO tools, supporting dozens of national plans including NDc. Expert Reviewer for IPCC AR6 and head of SEI’s global initiative integrating climate and development planning for SDGs. He holds an MPP from Tufts and dual BAs in Government and French Studies from Harvard.
