About: Hovhannes Abrahamyan is a Master of International Relations graduated from the Yerevan State University of Armenia in 2013. Since 2011, he started his work career at the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Armenia as a Specialist, then Chief Specialist of the External Relations Department. Since 2019 up to now, Hovhannes Abrahamyan holds the position of the Head of Regional Energy Markets Development Division of the Energy Department of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia. Since 2024 up to now, Hovhannes Abrahamyan holds the position of the Acting Head of the Energy Department of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia. He is a member of number of international committees and working groups within the framework of bilateral cooperation with different countries in energy sector as well as within the framework of cooperation between CIS, EAEU countries, the EU and UN.
