About: Leonardo Rocha Souza is Chief of the Energy Statistics Section, UN Statistics Division. He has acted as an economic advisor in the Brazilian Ministry of Planning, as a professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), and as an energy and statistical consultant.
