About: Yernar Bilyalov is a renewable energy and green finance expert from Kazakhstan with over a decade of experience in infrastructure investment and sustainable development. He has advised ADB, UNECE, and UNDP on renewable energy development in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Previously, he led a consulting company with over 800 MW of renewable energy projects completed and contributed to Kazakhstan’s first large-scale solar project – Burnoye Solar.
