About: Gentiana Alija Shala is Founder & CEO of “Alfa Solar Energy L.L.C” and Co-Founder of “Kosovo Women in Energy and Mining”. With over a decade of experience in renewable energy, she has led international projects in PV systems, both in designing and implementing. She has also conducted training sessions for trainers and engineers, focusing on capacity building in the solar energy sector. She actively promotes women’s participation in the energy transition through policy dialogue and professional development. She is a member of the Global Women’s Network in Energy Transition.
