About: Energy Specialist in the Natural Resources Division at ECLAC. Holding a Ph.D. in Natural Resource Economics, she has over 15 years of experience in the Latin America and the Caribbean region, focusing on the economics of natural resources, energy, and climate change. Since joining ECLAC in 2013, she has supported over 10 countries with technical assistance and capacity building for evidence-based public policy design.
